Halsey Flats was recently highlighted in the Louisville Apartment Association’s weekly Property Member spotlight series, “Where Are We Wednesdays”!

“Halsey Flats is a 50-year-old community located in a prime St. Matthews neighborhood, directly behind Mall St. Matthews!   In 2019, they were awarded “Apartment Community Improvement of the Year” from the LAA for their transformation from Mallgate of St. Matthews into Halsey Flats.  It all began in March 2018, with an extensive interior and exterior renovation program.”

Halsey Flats was one of our most popular multifamily renovations to date!

The scope of work included:

• New windows and patio doors
• Exterior repaint
• Wood staircase and balcony rebuild
• Exterior lighting upgrades
