ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS RENOVATIONS AT GIO APARTMENTS

PHOENIX, AZ: Adivo Construction today announced the commencement of exterior renovations at GIO Apartments, a multifamily apartment complex offering studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments in the Biltmore submarket of Phoenix, Arizona. 

Adivo Construction has been contracted to upgrade the windows and doors, repaint the exterior, perform  stucco, fascia and railing repairs, and upgrade exterior lighting.  Adivo will then begin renovations on unit interiors such as new flooring, custom cabinetry and countertops, stainless steel appliances, the addition of in-unit washer and dryer connections and more!   Community center, leasing office, fitness center and laundry room renovations will commence simultaneously.
