ADIVO CONSTRUCTION RETURNS TO NORTH CAROLINA

WILMINGTON, NC: Adivo Construction today announced the commencement of renovations at Harbor Station Townhomes, a multifamily apartment complex in Wilmington, North Carolina.  This will be the fifth project Adivo has contracted in the state of North Carolina.  

Harbor Station Townhomes is located less than a half-mile from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, as well as walking distance to a variety of dining and shopping options.  Two beaches, Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach, are a short drive away.  

Harbor Station Townhomes is comprised of 96 one bedroom, one bathroom units and 288 two bedroom one bathroom  units. Each apartment has direct access ground-floor entry, a fully equipped kitchen, and a back patio.  

The unit interior renovation scope of work includes replacing flooring throughout; complete interior repaint; new appliances; replacing laminate countertops in kitchens and bathrooms to granite; refacing all cabinets in kitchens and baths; upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures; as well as new bathroom accessories including a rainfall showerhead.
