ADIVO CONSTRUCTION COMPLETES ENERGY SAVING AND WATER CONSERVATION RENOVATIONS AT NORRIS PLACE

AUGUSTA, GEORGIA: Adivo Construction announced the completion of interior and exterior renovations at Norris Place. Norris Place is a multifamily apartment complex offering 2 bedroom apartments in Augusta, Georgia.

Interior renovations included a combination of bonus and energy saving features.  By adding an all-in-one washer and dryer and dishwasher to the kitchen, the units have become even more desirable in the eyes of the tenants – and an increase in ROI.  Energy saving and water conservation features were added throughout each unit including LED light fixtures, low flow toilets and showerheads, as well as faucet aerators – decreasing the overall utility expense to the asset owner.

The old, single-pane windows were replaced with energy-efficient double-pane windows. The exterior update not only gave the buildings a clean and modern look, it also helped to preserve the asset and reduce costs.
