ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS RENOVATIONS IN COLUMBIA, SC

COLUMBIA, SC: Adivo Construction today announced the commencement of renovations at Wellington Residential Villas in Columbia, South Carolina – a multifamily apartment complex offering one, two, and three bedroom apartments.  

Located minutes from the University of South Carolina and major interstates, Columbia is known for its low living and business costs.  Technology companies have been setting up shop in the area, in search of top talent, particularly college graduates of the University of South Carolina.

This 78-unit community includes 48 townhomes and 30 flats. Unit interior renovations include full repaint, vinyl flooring, replacing laminate countertops in the kitchen and bath with granite, painting all cabinetry, new appliance package including the addition of a dishwasher, tile backsplash in the kitchen, new plumbing, electrical, and lighting fixtures, and more!

Adivo will also be replacing all windows, completing pool renovations, as well as revitalizing the laundry closets throughout the community.

This is the third project Adivo has been awarded in 2021 – we look forward to a busy year ahead!
