ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS RENOVATIONS AT WHISPERING OAKS

COLUMBUS, OH: Adivo Construction today announced the commencement of renovations at Whispering Oaks, a multifamily apartment complex in Columbus, Ohio.

Located minutes from Ohio State University and downtown Columbus, Whispering Oaks offering one and two bedroom garden-style apartments.  

Whispering Oak’s scope of work includes unit interior renovations, leasing office upgrade, interior hallway improvements, exterior repaint, and amenity upgrades.  

This is the second project Adivo has contracted in the state of Ohio in three months, and looks forward to expanding their footprint of service throughout the Buckeye state.
