ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS RENOVATIONS AT TWO TULSA, OKLAHOMA COMMUNITIES

TULSA, OKLAHOMA: Adivo Construction announced the commencement of renovations at two Tulsa, Oklahoma communities – Stratford House and Brownstone Apartments.

Both communities are conveniently located off I-44/Route 66, and close to local, regional, and national retail stores, hospitality, restaurants, and golf courses.  Previously owned by a local owner for over 20 years, Adivo will revitalize both well-maintained communities.

Stratford House is a tudor-style multifamily community consisting of 102 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.  Renovation plans include unit interior renovations, clubhouse and leasing office remodel. Exterior renovations include facade, siding, roofing, and lighting.  Amenity upgrades include the fitness center, pool area, and outdoor living spaces. Adivo will also implement smart energy and water saving property improvements.

Brownstone Apartments is a multifamily community consisting of 72 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.  Renovation plans for this asset include unit interior renovations, clubhouse and leasing office remodel.  Exterior renovations include facade, exterior paint, and lighting. Amenity upgrades include a dog park, fitness center, pool area, and outdoor living spaces.  Adivo will also implement smart energy and water saving property improvements.
