ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS RENOVATIONS AT LEGACY CROSSING APARTMENTS

Adivo Construction has been contracted to complete numerous upgrades to the community’s amenities including building a new outdoor kitchen and pet wash; transformation of one tennis court into a dog park and the second court into a multi-sport court.  Additionally, Adivo will fill in the community pool to create a splash pad in its place.  New monument signage and exterior LED lighting will be installed as well.  

Unit interior renovations will include new flooring, paint, custom cabinetry and countertops with a new tile backsplash in the kitchen, appliance package, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and more!  Community center, leasing office, fitness center and laundry room renovations will commence simultaneously.  

 “The interior and exterior renovations at Legacy Crossing Apartments are occurring at a very opportune time,” says Jeffrey Verchow, President at Adivo Construction. “Both Facebook and Google have appointed Omaha as a home for their new data centers, along with Mutual of Omaha, Berkshire Hathaway and TD Ameritrade already having headquarters there.  There will be an even more increase in need for housing!”
