ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS RENOVATIONS AT ECHELON

Once a trendy mid-century resort, Echelon is now an 11 building multifamily community in the Camelback Corridor of Phoenix, AZ.  This submarket is attractive to renters because of its growing and diverse range of restaurants and retail.  It also encompasses a number of the area’s luxury resorts and upscale shopping areas.

Echelon’s scope of work for the exterior renovations include new windows and doors, exterior building repaint, railing upgrades and modifications, lighting upgrades, new exterior tile accents and thresholds, upgraded wooden columns throughout, new signage, and pool and lawn upgrades.

Adivo is beginning renovations to the exterior portions of the community in order to make the biggest impact for potential renters passing by!  Together with ownership and the design team, Adivo customized the exterior proposal, highlighting each of the three different building styles – mid-rise, low-rise and bungalow.  Each building type will get its own unique upgrade.  The design intent is to preserve the mid-century originality with a modern twist.
