ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS PHASE 2 AT OASIS TOWER II

FORT MYERS, FL: Adivo Construction today announced the commencement of Phase Two interior renovations at Oasis Tower II, a high-rise apartment building offering studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments.  

The asset owners were pleased with the finished units from Phase One, and have awarded Adivo a new contract to convert the next batch of 3 bedroom apartments into a one bedroom with one and a half baths and a studio apartment.  

“Completing the proper due diligence ahead of time has been a huge plus for the asset owners,” says Jeffrey Verchow, President at Adivo Construction.  “They’ve pinpointed who their potential tenants are.  By investing in renovations to meet those particular tenants’ needs, they will be able to offer the most sought-after unit configurations resulting in higher occupancy rates.”
