Adivo Construction Begins Exterior Renovations at Olympus at the District

SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH: Adivo Construction today announced the commencement of exterior renovations on Olympus at the District. Olympus at the District is a multifamily apartment complex offering 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments in South Jordan, Utah.

Since Olympus at the District was built in 2012, new construction of multifamily communities in South Jordan has been increasing. The all time average number of new construction units delivered was 24. In the past year, that number has jumped to 381 delivered units, with 1,157 more units expected to add to inventory in 2020.
