ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS AMENITY UPGRADES AT GIO APARTMENTS

PHOENIX, AZ: Adivo Construction today announced the commencement of amenity renovations at GIO Apartments, a multifamily apartment complex in the Biltmore submarket of Phoenix, Arizona. 

Lightvox Studio, an architectural practice based locally in Phoenix, combined their creativity and extensive knowledge of the market to design both the Leasing Office and the Fitness Center.  

LEASING OFFICE

The asset owners are relocating the current leasing office from the center of the community to a building, previously utilized as a storage facility, that fronts Indian School Road.  This is an optimal move as it will allow for higher visibility to potential residents passing by. 

The space itself will offer modern, yet warm design touches such as the white oak one-of-a-kind leasing office desk and storage cabinets – both custom made by Adivo’s millwork team; metal-toned piping accents along the back office wall, and bronze ombre sculptured glass globe lighting.

FITNESS CENTER

The new fitness center will be housed where the old leasing center once was.  The design will encompass the same feel as the new leasing office – same white oak wood accents, as well as a slight industrial feel with exposed A/C ducts.
