ADIVO CONSTRUCTION ANNOUNCES THE COMPLETION OF BRIDGE CREEK IN SAPULPA, OKLAHOMA

SAPULPA, OKLAHOMA: Adivo Construction announces the completion of unit interior and exterior renovations, common area upgrades, and water conservation efforts at Bridge Creek, formerly Cherry Hill Apartments.  Bridge Creek is a multifamily apartment complex offering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. 

Adivo’s goal was to complete the work in a timely manner, turning over units in an effort to reduce loss to lease – all while keeping quality on par.  Units were being rented out as soon as the interiors were completed, if not sooner. There were waiting lists for certain configurations. 

The community was damaged by a major tornado days after closing, so Adivo had to jump into action immediately to begin repairs.  

TPO roof replacement, mansard, shingle and siding repairs along with parking lot repairs and restripe refreshed the buildings’ exterior and overall community aesthetic.  

The asset owners made a great decision in emphasizing the exterior renovation of the clubhouse and leasing office – one of the first things a potential tenant sees when visiting the community.  Exterior renovations here included a new TPO roof; mansard, shingle and siding repairs, a fresh coat of paint, and a complete asphalt overlay and restripe of the parking lot. Inside, Adivo installed new flooring, renovated the bathrooms, painted the walls, and added a new inviting coffee bar reflecting the rebranding of the community.
